One of the main objectives of the Centre is to promote research around food, nutrition and gastronomy, for which the Centre will seek agreements and collaborations with many research centres (such as the nearby University) and producers and promoters of certain products. We bring importance to any food product made locally in our region.

In addition to promote innovate ideas, we also wish to share any past work for a better recognition.

That is why we want to encourage researchers to present their results through our website.

  • Prices (all prices in this section are VAT included):
    • "Baserritik platerara", "D'elikatuz mokau batean" and "Goierri ezagutuz" (sessions of 90' ) 1.75 euros per student.
    • The morning in D'elikatuz working the teaching units (3-hour sessions): 3.50 euros per student.
    • "Azoka mokau bat" (3-hour session with tasting of products purchased at the fair included): 4.50 euros per student.
    • Visit to D'elikatuz working the teaching units + complementary activity (full day): check price.

OPENING HOURS:

  • MONDAY: CLOSED.
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Wednesday: 9:00–13:00 / 16:00–19:00
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 – 14:00
