Iturraran is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse that maintains its original wooden structure, and in addition to being the reception center for visitors, it is also the Interpretation Center of the Pagoeta Natural Park.

Iturraran is "much more than a botanical garden".

Iturraran hosts a permanent exhibition that deals with the physical and ethnographic environment of Pagoeta. Likewise, it also offers a didactic workshop and various interactive supports. Thanks to them, the visitor will know the balance between nature and human activities.

In the Pagoeta Natural Park, natural heritage and resource exploitation go hand in hand. Thus, numerous activities are offered whose purpose is to explain both the knowledge of fauna and flora and the essence of the numerous farms lost over time. And, for this purpose, the fundamental contents will be the world of bees, the different facets and patterns of food, the elements of the different ecosystems and the Agorregi foundry and mills.
